AIM-IF-Dual digital internal focusing collimator is developed by Xi’an Optical Metrology with double optical paths. One path is an Autocollimator with 200mm focal length, and the other path is internal focusing system. The two optical paths can work at the same time and share some optical paths, so that is can measure the optical axis shift and tilt at the same time.
