BondAIM series lens auto bonding machine is developed by Xi’an Optical Metrology and faced to the glued lens auto assembling process. Based on our developed centration measuring, centering assembling and assembled lens centration analyzing technology, we developed this series faced to the glued lens production. The assembling process makes the optical axis coincide and performance the best imaging ability. This series have the advantage of high accuracy, processing in control, reducing the human difference and so on. So that it can effectively enhance the products accuracy, repeatability and yield.
