AIM-IF-Std/Pro/Pros digital internal focusing collimator is developed by Xi’an Optical Metrology, with high precision optical axis consistency while focusing. This products can focusing from -~-400mm; +385mm~+，all the focusing adjusting process is controlled by software, and the optical axis consistency accuracy is up to 3 aescs / 0.02mm@2m. For the high precision optical axis consistency, we can use the AIM-IF-Pro to measure the target position offset with the same space axis.
