  According to the announcement of China’s State Council on May 13, September 3 to 5 will be a national holiday for this year’s celebrations marking the 70th anniversary of the victory in World War II.
  In order to support the national anniversary celebrations, CIOE organizing committee together with Shenzhen Municipal Government and Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center held an emergency meeting and decided to change the date of CIOE 2015 to August 31 - September 3 .
